A mind-expanding experience where the traditional mentoring model is flipped on its head.

This event is designed so that professional adults, like yourself, will have the unique opportunity to learn about one’s minds and how to handle challenges at work and in life from teens who have learned how to better navigate conflict on the streets of South Side Chicago. Meet an unsuspecting group of teens who used to be involved in violence, who are now powerful leaders of change in their community. How did they change? You’ll find out in this session, and you’ll also find that everything they have learned directly applies to leadership and change in ANY environment, not just on the streets. The round table discussion will be followed by a wine and cheese reception. Space is limited to 10 members of the business community. Please consider joining us.

Why we created this event

The premise of this event is that all change, wether it be in inside a business or on the streets of Chicago, must happen from within the minds of people. We have found that when people get a new level of understanding of their own mind, everything expands. The youth you will be meeting at this event is an example of this, and a underrated resource for Chicago and humanity.
